At PreeDesk, we strive to provide high-quality digital services and ensure customer satisfaction. Please review our refund policy carefully before purchasing. By making a purchase, you agree to the terms outlined below.

General Refund Policy

Eligibility for Refund:
  • Refund requests are accepted within 7 days of purchase only under valid conditions, such as:

    • Inability to access a purchased account/service for more than 24 hours after purchase (excluding scheduled maintenance or user-related issues).

    • Technical problems from our end that prevent the use of services.

Non-Refundable Situations:

Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:

  • Wrong product/package purchased.

  • Violation of our Terms of Service (e.g., reselling accounts, excessive device usage, misuse).

  • Issues with bonus/free accounts included with your package.

  • Platform-side restrictions (e.g., device limits, region locks) beyond our control.

  • Instant access delivered successfully and used by the customer.

Lifetime Access – Important Clarification

What Does Lifetime Access Mean?

When we offer lifetime access, it means:

  • You pay once and can use the service for as long as PreeDesk continues its business operations.

  • It does not mean you will have access for the rest of your natural life, regardless of business circumstances.

Real-Life Examples:
  • If you purchase a lifetime package today and our business operates for 4 more years, you will have access for 4 years.

  • If someone purchases the same package 1 day before our business closes, they will have access for 1 day only.

  • In both cases, no refunds will be issued because lifetime access has no fixed duration and depends entirely on the continuity of our business.

Refunds for Lifetime Packages
  • No refund will be given for lifetime purchases if PreeDesk discontinues service in the future.

  • Lifetime access is a one-time purchase tied to the lifespan of our business, not the lifetime of the customer.

Refunds for Fixed-Term Packages (e.g., 1 Month Access)

If a customer purchases a package for a specific duration (e.g., 1-month access for Tk 500) and we are unable to provide full service due to business closure or technical issues, a partial refund will be calculated.

  • Example: If the service stops after 15 days, the customer will receive a 50% refund (Tk 250).

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, email us at support@preedesk.com with the following details:

  • Order ID

  • Purchase Date

  • Mobile Number

  • Reason for Refund Request

Our team will verify your claim and respond within 3-5 business days. If approved, refunds may take up to 14 working days to process.
